About the Microsoft Practice
PwC Belgium's Microsoft Practice brings together business consultants, solution architects, developers, data specialists, AI experts, cybersecurity professionals and change practitioners.
We help organisations transform the way they operate, collaborate and make decisions by combining deep Microsoft expertise with industry knowledge and a strong focus on business value. From intelligent automation and low-code development to AI-powered assistants and enterprise-scale governance, we support our clients throughout their entire transformation journey.
As demand for Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio and Power Platform solutions continues to accelerate, we are expanding our team with an experienced consultant who can lead clients from exploration and experimentation to enterprise-wide adoption.
What your day will look like
As a Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Lead Consultant, no two days are the same. You will combine strategic advisory work with hands-on delivery and thought leadership.
You will:
- Advise clients on how Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio can accelerate business transformation, productivity and innovation.
- Lead discovery workshops, design thinking sessions and stakeholder discussions to identify opportunities where automation, AI and low-code technologies can create measurable business value.
- Design and deliver enterprise-grade Power Platform and Copilot solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio and Microsoft AI capabilities.
- Build intelligent applications, automated workflows, custom agents and modern employee experiences that improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Translate business challenges into scalable functional and technical solution designs.
- Partner with business stakeholders, architects, developers, data specialists and security experts to deliver impactful and sustainable solutions.
- Support clients in defining governance, security, compliance and application lifecycle management strategies.
- Drive innovation by identifying emerging opportunities across Microsoft technologies and translating them into practical client solutions.
- Contribute to proposals, demonstrations, solution accelerators and go-to-market initiatives.
- Coach colleagues, share knowledge and help develop the next generation of Power Platform and Copilot professionals.
- Represent PwC Belgium within international Microsoft communities and collaborate across the wider PwC network.
What we will expect from you
We're looking for an experienced professional who combines strong technical expertise with a consultative mindset and a passion for helping clients succeed.
You bring:
- At least seven years of experience within Microsoft technologies, digital transformation, automation or business applications.
- Proven consulting experience and a strong track record of leading end-to-end client engagements.
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Copilot Studio.
- Experience designing, developing and deploying enterprise applications, automations, integrations and AI-powered agents.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, connectors, integration patterns and enterprise architecture principles.
- Solid experience with governance, managed environments, security, compliance and platform adoption strategies.
- The ability to simplify complex challenges and transform them into practical, scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary and international teams.
- Professional proficiency in English and Dutch. French is considered a strong asset.

- Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility.
- Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI and AI Foundry.
- Dynamics 365.
- Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
- Power Platform Centre of Excellence and managed environments.
- Responsible AI, data privacy and security-by-design.
- Microsoft certifications across Power Platform, Azure, Copilot or Dynamics 365.
