DXC is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 CSP & Licensing Operations Specialist to lead Microsoft cloud subscription, licensing, and commercial operations activities. The role focuses on subscription and license lifecycle management, billing and invoice query coordination, renewal administration, and Microsoft Partner Center operations. It also provides coordination, quality oversight, and stakeholder leadership across the engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Register and onboard customer tenants through Microsoft Partner Center and support subscription onboarding and customer billing registration.
- Process requests to add, remove, modify, suspend, or upgrade Microsoft subscriptions and licenses; record and track orders through completion.
- Support reconciliation of Microsoft license positions, manage subscription order and invoice queries, and coordinate resolution of billing questions.
- Maintain the subscription renewal schedule and issue notifications 90, 60, and 30 calendar days before each subscription anniversary.
- Coordinate renewal and termination requests and communicate applicable commitment or termination charge implications.
- Provide advice on subscription administration and product use rights; escalate complex licensing questions appropriately.
- Maintain service templates and operational reports and act as the primary coordination point for the engagement.
- Provide oversight and guidance to support engineers and follow security, confidentiality, and data protection requirements.
Job Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid experience in CSP operations, cloud licensing, or IT service operations, with the ability to work independently and lead coordination activities.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tenants, subscriptions, licenses, and administrative portals.
- Strong service request tracking, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills across technical, finance, and commercial teams.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and customer service orientation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Partner Center.
- ITIL Foundation and/or relevant Microsoft certifications.
- Experience working in banking, financial services, or other regulated environments.
- Vietnamese communication capability is an advantage.
