About the role
This Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant role is ideally suited for a professional who thrives in a dynamic, cloud-based environment and effectively combines functional consulting expertise with technical capabilities. The position involves close collaboration with clients to analyze HR processes, design tailored solutions, and ensure successful implementation within the SAP SuccessFactors landscape.
The role requires a balanced skill set, including strong business process understanding and solution design, complemented by hands-on technical knowledge such as troubleshooting, debugging, and supporting integrations or enhancements. We are looking for a proactive, solution-oriented individual who is passionate about helping organizations optimize and modernize their human capital management processes through scalable and efficient cloud solutions.
Daily challenges
- Understanding complex HR business requirements and converting them into clear solutions
- Managing SuccessFactors integrations (e.g. Employee Central and LMS configurations)
- Troubleshooting production incidents
- Managing frequent SAP releases and updates
- Ensuring data consistency across hybrid landscapes
- Driving process optimization and automation
- Staying current with SAP SuccessFactors releases and innovations
eXperience and skills required
- 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting, configuration, and support experience with both functional and technical exposure.
- Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Learning Management System (LMS), including configuration and administration.
- 5+ years of SAP HCM consulting and support experience, including understanding of core HR processes and hybrid SAP landscapes.
- Experience with integrations and interfaces, including APIs, SAP connectivity, and third-party HR systems.
- Technical troubleshooting skills, including SAP BC knowledge, batch jobs, IDOCs, incident analysis, and root cause resolution.

- Strong problem-solving mindset and continuous learning approach, keeping up with SuccessFactors releases, innovations, and best practices.
- German will be considered as an advantage

We offer salary from 36,400 to 44,200 EUR/annual. Salary can be higher depending on experience and skillset.
