Key Responsibilities
- Supervise developing mental health professionals
- Support case review, ethics, documentation, and treatment planning
- Help supervisees meet professional standards
- Follow Iowa licensing and supervision requirements
- Maintain consistent supervision structure and records
Requirements
- Active Iowa clinical license in good standing
- Eligible license types may include Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Psychologist, or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)
- Must be qualified to supervise under Iowa board rules
- Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians preferred
