Licensed Professional Counselor

Location: West Virginia
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Work Setting: Telehealth

The Position

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you’ll provide virtual therapy to clients in West Virginia, from initial assessment through ongoing treatment. Your work will include understanding client concerns, setting treatment goals, providing therapy, and reviewing progress as care continues. You’ll also handle the clinical documentation that goes along with each case, including intakes, treatment plans, and session notes.

Day-to-Day Work

• Conduct scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
• Complete client intakes and clinical assessments
• Develop treatment plans based on individual needs and goals
• Monitor client progress and make changes to treatment when appropriate
• Document sessions and treatment updates accurately and on time

Requirements

• Active West Virginia LPC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• Experience in outpatient or virtual therapy settings
• Strong clinical judgment and organization
• Private workspace with reliable internet access
