Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and professional feedback
- Support documentation, treatment planning, ethics, and case review
- Help supervisees grow in clinical confidence
- Follow Washington licensing and supervision requirements
- Maintain clear supervision records
Requirements
- Active Washington clinical license in good standing
- Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Psychologist, or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- Must be qualified to supervise under Washington board rules
- Supervision experience preferred
