Job Summary

We're looking for a results-driven Media Buyer with at least 3 years of experience planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.

In this role, you'll take ownership of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads, focusing on driving conversions, maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS), and scaling campaign performance.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a creative, test-and-learn mindset and knows how to turn advertising budgets into measurable business results.

Previous experience working in a marketing or advertising agency is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and execute paid media strategies focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize campaign profitability.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test high-converting ad creatives and messaging.
• Analyze campaign data, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable performance insights.
• Stay up to date with advertising platform updates, industry trends, and performance marketing best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in media buying, paid advertising, or performance marketing.
• Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of paid media strategies, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking.
• Experience managing advertising budgets and delivering measurable campaign results.
• Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, or performance marketing agency.
• Experience managing campaigns across multiple clients or industries.
• Familiarity with additional advertising platforms such as TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or YouTube Ads.
• Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO), landing pages, and marketing automation.
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
