Hexcel is currently seeking a Material Planner Engineer for our Casablanca, Morocco location.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

• Reception, analysis, and confirmation of Customers Sales orders.
• Purchase goods, materials, components, or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets
• Manage the Raw Material orders properly in order to have the material with right quantities at the right time.
• Monitor and advise on any issues which present risk or opportunity to the organization, and continuously revise  Supply Chain Procedures and work Instructions.
• Monitor the inventory level and share the inventory yearly Plan and monitor aged inventory level.
• Prepare and raise purchase orders and order schedules.
• Conduct research for new components and suppliers, and assess and evaluate suppliers and contribute to performance reviews to ensure contract compliance.
• Perform Yearly/ Monthly/Weekly Production Schedules in accordance with supply chain constraints. Managing Properly the MRP Data/Parameters to ensure proper output.
• Organize with SCM the Management/ Tasks Related to the new Projects Introduction. (Include the affectation of each Material Planner to a given Project)
• Continuous Revision of Supply Chain Procedures and work Instructions.

Qualifications:

• Engineering Degree in Supply Chain/Industry or relevant field.
• Relevant 4 years’ experience in manufacturing environment.
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office is a must).
• Relevant experience using ERP (Microsoft AX is a plus).
• Critical thinking and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
