Job Title:  Marketing Specialist - Global UGG Experiences & Influencers

Reports to:  Sr. Manager, Experiences - Global UGG

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)

Typically 3 times per week in office, Tuesday – Thursday

The Role

As the Marketing Specialist for Global UGG Experiences & Influencers, you’ll support the planning, execution, and reporting of global influencer and experience initiatives. You’ll help bring to life evergreen and seasonal strategies, partner with teams worldwide, and play a key role in building brand affinity and loyalty through innovative activations and community engagement. You’ll also manage logistics, product seeding, and reporting to ensure impactful influencer and event moments.

Your Impact

• Support global influencer and experience strategy development, deployment, and execution, including campaign planning, creative ideation, and reporting
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to review and provide feedback on influencer efforts, ensuring alignment with the one UGG initiative
• Manage influencer sample ordering, distribution, and showroom organization to maximize brand mentions and positive sentiment
• Coordinate event logistics, including travel, product, and on-site support for seamless execution
• Handle influencer and experience invoices, vendor set-ups, and budget documentation
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices, sharing insights to drive innovation and elevate UGG’s influencer and events approach
• Support content organization, delivery, and impactful influencer seedings for ongoing and campaign needs

Who You Are

• 4-5 years of experience in influencer and events at a brand, editorial outlet, or agency
• Deep knowledge of the influencer landscape and a passion for building community
• Excellent time management, organizational, planning, and project management skills
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Proven ability to develop positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including influencers and cross-functional teams
• Creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed
