As a Marketing Management Assistant, you will play an important role in bringing AIA’s brand, products and customer experiences to life across customer, adviser and banc channels. Working as part of the Brand and Marketing team, you will help deliver engaging campaigns, communications and content that support business goals while creating meaningful value for customers and advisers. This is a highly collaborative role where you will build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners, coordinate campaign activity from planning through to delivery, and use insights to continuously improve outcomes. Your Impact
- Deliver marketing campaigns, product enhancements and strategic initiatives that support customer, adviser and business outcomes.
- Coordinate communications, content and campaign activity across multiple channels to ensure consistent and effective engagement.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive seamless campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify insights and recommend improvements that enhance future marketing effectiveness.
- Manage website content, landing pages and campaign assets to support key marketing priorities and customer experiences.
- Uphold brand, legal and regulatory standards while contributing to continuous improvement across marketing processes and communications.
Your Capabilities
- You have experience delivering marketing campaigns, communications and content within a marketing, brand or communications environment.
- You bring strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- You have a customer-focused mindset and use initiative, curiosity and sound judgement to achieve positive outcomes.
- You bring the ability to build collaborative relationships and work confidently with a variety of stakeholders and partners.
- You have an eye for detail and use data and performance insights to identify opportunities for improvement and make informed recommendations.
- You may also have experience working in a complex stakeholder environment and knowledge of marketing automation platforms, website content management or digital communication channels.
