Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.
Who The Client Is: Our client is an Australian business owner overseeing a growing group of businesses across several industries. The portfolio currently includes 11 childcare centres, with a further 6 centres in the process of being acquired, as well as a commercial cleaning business and a content and marketing agency.
Role Overview: We are looking for a Marketing Analytics Specialist who combines strong digital marketing knowledge with excellent data and analytical skills.
You will work across multiple marketing channels, with a particular focus on Google Ads and SEO, where performance has recently declined. The goal is not simply to generate more traffic or leads, but to understand the full journey from marketing activity → leads → conversions → enrolments and use that data to improve results.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can analyze performance, identify problems, recommend actions, and work with stakeholders to implement improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze marketing performance across Google Ads, SEO, website, social media, and other digital channels.
- Identify and address underperforming Google Ads campaigns, including targeting, keywords, spend, conversions, and ROI.
- Audit and improve SEO performance, investigating ranking declines, technical issues, content gaps, keywords, and competitors.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking leads, conversion rates, cost per lead, enrolments, and marketing ROI.
- Connect marketing data with CRM/enrolment data to understand which channels and campaigns generate actual enrolments.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide clear, data-driven recommendations to improve results.
- Work across external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure marketing activity aligns with business targets.
- Support tracking, attribution, reporting, and data integrity across marketing platforms.
- Test and optimize campaigns, landing pages, audiences, keywords, and other marketing initiatives based on performance data.
- Translate complex analytics into clear insights and practical actions for non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and SEO.
- Highly proficient in data analysis, reporting, and interpreting marketing performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of the relationship between lead generation, conversion, customer acquisition, and revenue/enrolment outcomes.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Looker Studio, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM or marketing platforms.
- Comfortable working as a marketing generalist across multiple channels.
- Strong communication skills and ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
- Proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable taking ownership of marketing performance.
Work Arrangement & Expectations:
This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
To ensure alignment and transparency, successful candidates will be expected to:
- Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work
- Reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile (clearly marked as “Independent Contractor”)
