We are looking for an experienced Manager, project execution to manage valve equipment delivery projects for customers in process industries across global markets. The role is responsible for ensuring successful project execution, meeting customer expectations, contractual commitments, and achieving project performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from order handover to final delivery and closure.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality requirements.

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, EPC contractors, and internal teams.

• Coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and Documentation teams.

• Handle project changes, customer requests, contract variations, and claims.

• Monitor project schedules, costs, risks, and profitability.

• Ensure compliance with company processes, contract requirements, quality standards, and HSE guidelines.

• Prepare and share project status updates and reports with stakeholders.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management.

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a global environment.

• Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently with a structured and accountable approach.

• Customer-focused and business-oriented mindset.

• Experience in industrial equipment, valves, flow control, manufacturing, EPC, or process industries is preferred.
