Meet the team:
The Enterprise Cybersecurity team is part of the Global Information Security organization which protects Dexcom’s patients, employees, and data across a rapidly expanding global footprint. We design, build, and operate security programs that safeguard Dexcom’s enterprise, manufacturing, and product ecosystems while enabling the business to innovate safely.
As a Manager for Enterprise Cybersecurity, you will lead the PH Security Engineering function, delivering and advancing enterprise cybersecurity capabilities across Security Architecture, IAM and PAM, Perimeter and Network Security, Security assessment and other related security domains while ensuring alignment with the global Enterprise Cybersecurity strategy, standards, operating model and risk management objectives.
Where you come in:
- You will lead the PH Enterprise Cybersecurity team and perform technical management guidance and decision making.
- You will drive the delivery of critical cybersecurity initiatives across Security Engineering, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Security Architecture, Perimeter and Network Security, and Security Assessments.
- You will serve as a technical escalation point during security incidents, major outages, and high-risk security events, driving effective response, remediation, and root cause analysis.
- You will expertly maneuver the balance between enterprise cybersecurity priorities and the needs of your team, collaborating closely with global Information Security leaders to drive alignment, consistency, and execution across the organization.
- You will establish, track, and report security engineering KPIs and operational metrics, providing visibility into security posture, platform health, risk reduction, service availability, and team performance.
- You will manage team capacity, priorities, performance objectives, and resource planning while ensuring successful project execution and operational excellence.
- You will perform supervisory and people leadership responsibilities in accordance with company policies, applicable laws, and organizational values.
- Depending on business requirements, you may also manage other Information Security functions, however, the primary focus of this role is Security Engineering leadership and delivery.
What makes you successful:
- Your proven success leading security engineering, security architecture, IAM, PAM, network security, or enterprise security programs in a global organization.
- Your strong understanding of Zero Trust principles, authentication and authorization frameworks, identity governance, access controls, network segmentation, and defense-in-depth strategies.
- Your deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, including NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOX, and CIS Controls.
- Your demonstrated ability to conduct security assessments, architecture reviews, threat modeling, and risk-based security evaluations.
- Your ability to make sound technical and business decisions during complex security incidents, operational challenges, and strategic initiatives.
- Your strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Your ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing technical teams while promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of industry experience
- Requires a degree in a technical discipline
- 2-5 years of previous management or lead experience
