Remote Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor LPCC – Full-Time Telehealth Role in Kentucky
Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor LPCC to provide remote mental health counseling services to clients across Kentucky. In this role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life changes, relationship concerns, and other behavioral health needs.
This position is ideal for an LPCC who enjoys structured outpatient work, values clear documentation, and wants to provide meaningful support without the demands of a traditional office setting.

Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platform
- Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical history
- Create treatment plans based on each client’s goals, symptoms, and care needs
- Use evidence-based counseling approaches such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, or solution-focused therapy
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic health record
- Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed
- Support clients with coping skills, emotional regulation, stress management, and behavioral health goals
- Follow ethical, legal, and HIPAA standards for remote counseling services
- Maintain professional boundaries and a consistent standard of clinical care
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Active Kentucky Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor LPCC license in good standing
- Previous experience providing therapy in an outpatient, private practice, community mental health, or telehealth setting
- Strong understanding of clinical assessment, treatment planning, and progress documentation
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and secure digital communication tools
- Ability to work independently while meeting clinical and documentation expectations
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace suitable for confidential sessions
