Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: Minnesota
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Provide therapy via secure video to clients throughout Minnesota. You’ll focus on building realistic treatment plans and helping clients use practical strategies between sessions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial interviews, assessments, and diagnostic work remotely
• Provide ongoing therapy sessions at scheduled times
• Create and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with clients
• Maintain thorough electronic documentation
• Attend online clinical meetings, trainings, and check-ins
• Offer feedback to leadership on telehealth tools and processes

Requirements

• Active Minnesota license: LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
• Clinical experience with individual therapy
• Comfortable structuring your day around video sessions
