Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCMHC, LCSW)

Location: Marriott-Slaterville, UT
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in Utah to join a structured telehealth practice serving clients throughout the state. This full-time opportunity is suited for a clinician who values a consistent weekday schedule, professional autonomy, and a collaborative care environment. The role focuses on delivering reliable, client-centered behavioral health support through secure virtual services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and determine appropriate treatment needs
• Provide ongoing individual therapy to an assigned caseload
• Develop, review, and update individualized treatment plans
• Monitor clinical progress and adjust interventions as appropriate
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
• Participate in clinical consultation, team meetings, and training
• Maintain compliance with professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards

Requirements

• Active Utah license as LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy
• Solid understanding of outpatient treatment standards
• Comfortable providing services entirely via telehealth
