Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor | California | Full-Time

We’re looking for a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to provide telehealth-based mental health and substance use disorder treatment. Join a team that’s leveraging technology to break down barriers in mental health access.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation:

$115,000 - $120,000 annually, plus a full benefits package

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive Psychosocial Assessments and develop clinical reports.
• Create structured, goal-focused treatment plans.
• Ensure accurate, up-to-date documentation of patient progress.
• Adjust treatment approaches based on patient needs and care objectives.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and external professionals.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active LPCC license in California.
• At least 2 years of experience in professional counseling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using telehealth platforms and digital recordkeeping.
