Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker Supervisor

Location: Vermont
Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for Vermont clinical supervisors who want to support developing mental health professionals with thoughtful and useful supervision. Supervisors in this role help clinicians grow through case review, ethical guidance, documentation support, and professional mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and consultation
• Support documentation, ethics, treatment planning, and case review
• Help supervisees build professional confidence
• Follow Vermont licensing and supervision requirements
• Maintain organized supervision records

Requirements

• Active Vermont clinical license in good standing
• Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Psychologist, Psychologist - Master, or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• Must be qualified to supervise under Vermont board rules
• Supervision experience preferred
