Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Kansas | Full-Time | Remote

Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually with full benefits
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

About the Role

This position focuses on providing consistent virtual care to clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and other behavioral health concerns. You will guide clients through assessment, treatment, progress review, and appropriate follow-up care.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete intake and diagnostic evaluations
• Establish clear and measurable treatment goals
• Conduct scheduled individual therapy sessions
• Apply evidence-based clinical interventions
• Review outcomes and update treatment plans
• Respond appropriately to urgent clinical concerns
• Complete electronic documentation within required timeframes

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work
• Active Kansas LSCSW license in good standing
• Previous experience providing behavioral health treatment
• Knowledge of clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to manage a remote caseload independently
