The Oregon Department of Justice’s Trial Division is seeking a Legal Support Services Manager 1 to guide and strengthen the work of the Trial Division.

In this position, you will offer strategic leadership to a small team of seasoned paraprofessionals and the Legal Support Services Supervisor 2, while providing indirect oversight of the Legal Support Services Supervisor 1. • Participate in legal case staffing with attorneys and legal teams, review paraprofessional work for accuracy and compliance, ensure documentation, evidence, and exhibits meet legal standards, and adjust workloads within the assigned unit.
  • Review paraprofessional billing, invoices, and eDiscovery contracts for accuracy and compliance, compile data, prepare management‑requested reports, and recommend fiscal and resource allocations needed to support service in the Trial Division.
