Your role as Legal Intern 

As a Legal Intern, you will join our Legal function, supporting the Group across a broad range of corporate, contractual, governance and compliance matters. You will gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day legal operations of an international group while also contributing to strategic transactions, financing matters, and cross-border projects.

You will work closely with senior members of the Legal team and collaborate with other teams gaining exposure to the legal matters arising from operating and growing an international group across multiple jurisdictions.

Throughout the internship, you will develop a practical understanding of how legal considerations interact with business, finance and operations in a rapidly evolving and demanding environment where we value precision, intellectual honesty, a curious mindset and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.

You Will

• Support corporate governance and day-to-day legal operations, including the preparation of Board and Shareholder resolutions, minutes, corporate records and meeting materials;
• Support the Legal team on strategic corporate projects, including financing transactions, corporate reorganizations, new entity setups and other cross-border initiatives;
• Assist in maintaining the Group's corporate structure and statutory documentation across multiple jurisdictions, including filings, registers and internal legal trackers;
• Contribute to the drafting, review and maintenance of intercompany, financing and commercial agreements;
• Support KYC, AML and broader compliance processes involving banks, investors, service providers and other external counterparties;
• Carry out legal research and monitor relevant legislative and regulatory developments, helping assess their practical implications for the business;
• Work closely with internal teams and external advisers on a variety of corporate, contractual and compliance matters.

• Team working: Collaborate openly across functions and jurisdictions. Share knowledge, give credit, integrate feedback, and put team wins above personal visibility - especially under pressure.

In Addition, the Ideal Candidate

• Has a strong academic record and a degree in Law;

• Has a genuine interest in international corporate law and is keen to understand how legal principles translate into day-to-day business and operational matters;
• Previous experience in a law firm or in an in-house legal role within the financial sector is considered a plus;
• Is fluent in English; working proficiency in Italian is an advantage.
