Your role as Legal Operations Intern
As a Legal Operations Intern, you will join our Legal team, working at the intersection of law, investments, operations, and technology. You will support the legal and operational aspects of our investment platform, helping ensure that complex transactions are executed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Working closely with senior members of our Legal team, you will gain first-hand exposure to the full investment lifecycle, from onboarding investors into our funds and managing legal documentation, to supporting investment transactions across multiple jurisdictions. You will collaborate daily with colleagues across Investing, Finance, Sales Operations, and Tech, contributing to the operational backbone that enables our investment engine to scale. This is a role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, embraces ownership, and is excited by the idea of turning legal concepts into practical, business-oriented solutions.
- Support the onboarding of investors into our funds, helping coordinate legal documentation and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience;
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining legal documentation, including subscription agreements, transaction documents, and other materials relating to investors and underlying investments;
- Contribute to the legal and operational execution of investment transactions, coordinating with internal teams and external counterparties across multiple jurisdictions;
- Carry out research to support investment activities, fund operations, and new business initiatives;
- Help monitor, document, and continuously improve internal legal and operational processes, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and scalability;
- Work closely with our Tech team to support the automation and optimization of legal workflows and operational processes;
- Maintain trackers, registers, templates, and internal documentation to ensure information is accurate, organized, and readily available;
- Support day-to-day legal operations by preparing briefing materials, coordinating documentation, and helping ensure that critical processes run smoothly from beginning to end.

Team working: Collaborates effectively across Legal, Investing, Finance, Sales Operations, and Tech. Communicates openly, shares knowledge, embraces feedback, and understands that the best outcomes come from cross-functional teamwork.
- Holds a degree in Law or another relevant discipline, or is currently completing a Master's degree in a related field, with a genuine interest in legal matters, investments, and business operations.
- Is genuinely interested in the intersection of law, investments, funds, operations, and technology, and is excited to understand how legal frameworks enable complex businesses to operate;
- Is eager to gain exposure to sophisticated cross-border transactions and multi-jurisdictional legal matters;
- Previous experience in a legal, compliance, fund administration, or operational environment is a plus, but not required;
- Is fluent in English.
