About this Legal Counsel role at Manulife
Legal Counsel
外資系⽣命保険会社の法務部員として、適宜上席の指⽰を仰ぎながら、社内関係部署と連携のうえ、下記業務（当社法務部員が⽇常的に担当する業務）にあたる。
1.法務照会・法務相談対応
各部からの照会・相談に対し、保険法、民法（契約法・相続法）、保険業法、個人情報保護法、紛争予防・紛争解決等の知見に基づき回答・助言（外部弁護士に依頼すべき案件かの判断および外部弁護士のハンドリングを含む）
2. 紛争解決
ADR（裁判外紛争解決手続）・訴訟の前段階にかかる交渉支援、ADR案件のリード、訴訟案件における外部弁護士のハンドリングおよび担当事業部との連携
3. プロジェクト対応・インシデント対応
新規プロジェクトやインシデント発生時、全社横断的に組織されるチーム内で、法的な観点から助言を行い、適切にプロジェクトが遂行され又はインシデントが解決されるよう、チームを支援する。
4. 契約書審査
業務委託契約その他の当社が締結する日常契約の審査
5. その他社内セミナーの実施等
求められるスキル・経験
- ネイティブレベルの日本語とビジネスレベルの英語
- 日本法弁護士資格
- 企業法務もしくは法律事務所での実務経験
