About This Job

• Ensuring timely updates of organizational training records within a learning management system. Creating and managing learning events, sessions, and courses within a learning management system.
• Managing the coordination of learner communication, training materials, facilities, schedules and equipment within the department.
• Identifying, configuring and assigning compliance related courses to enterprise in accordance with business unit/role requirements.
• Producing monthly and yearly training reports detailing attendees, progress, completions, and other relevant information.
• Liaising with employees, trainers and the management team to ensure training programs effectiveness.
• Supporting new hire orientation execution and additional ad hoc training initiatives.
• Assisting in evaluating employees' learning performance and related improvements.

Experience Requirements

• 3-5 years experience with system administration of LMS platforms
• 3-5 years experience in events coordination and planning
• Preferred experience with Workday Learning, compliance training administration, reporting tools, and large-scale assignment campaigns
