As a Lead Project Manager, Enterprise IT Delivery, your work at Tegria will focus on leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives that advance Tegria’s enterprise IT priorities. This role manages the full project lifecycle, from intake and planning through execution, organizational readiness, deployment, and benefits realization. This role partners with business, technology, security, infrastructure, applications, and vendor teams to deliver integrated solutions that are aligned to enterprise strategy, operational needs, governance standards, and measurable business outcomes.

An effective Lead Project Manager, Enterprise IT Delivery will help the organization on a whole achieve success through:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans that align enterprise IT priorities, business objectives, stakeholder requirements, resource needs, dependencies, budgets, risks, and delivery timelines.

  • Oversee the successful delivery of enterprise IT initiatives, ensuring milestones are met on time, within budget, and with quality outcomes that support operational readiness and adoption.

  • Manage project scope and changes, actively identifying potential issues and devising contingency plans.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for project communications, maintaining strong relationships with executive sponsors, business stakeholders, IT leaders, delivery teams, and external vendors.

  • Ensure delivery activities comply with enterprise governance, security, privacy, change management, architecture, procurement, and operational standards.

  • Conduct risk management assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committee updates, dependency reviews, and delivery checkpoints; provide clear status reporting, decision logs, risk summaries, and executive-ready communications.

  • Lead implementation readiness, transition planning, post-implementation reviews, and lessons-learned activities to reinforce adoption and continuous improvement.

  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery practices, project governance, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional execution across the enterprise IT portfolio.

  • Leveraging your expert-level skill set to serve as a thought leader on the team

  • Mentoring less experienced team members

  • Keeping current on emerging trends, influencing best practices within your discipline, and devising innovative solutions

  • Operating independently; managing and tracking your own work progression

  • Perform other relevant tasks, training or administrative duties as assigned.

  • Assist in building out an IT PMO as company grows and needs to scale up.

What we’re looking for

We expect:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).

  • Typically, 8+ years of project management experience leading enterprise IT, infrastructure, applications, security, data, or business technology initiatives, including complex cross-functional delivery efforts.

  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects.

  • Experience delivering initiatives involving enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, Workday, ServiceNow, CRM, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, data, or integration technologies; experience with healthcare or professional services environments a plus.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT delivery, including applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, integrations, cloud services, operational readiness, and technology governance.

  • Formal project management methodologies, procedures and tools.

  • Strong understanding of change management, stakeholder readiness, communication planning, adoption support, and transition-to-operations practices.

  • Recognized as an expert in enterprise IT project delivery, project governance, risk management, and cross-functional execution.

  • W2 project-based consultants will be expected to provide a computing device that adheres to industry standards and security best practices to use in satisfying the Project Services on behalf of Tegria

Salary Range

$135,000 - $155,000
