Design and implement scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to optimize field service, case management, self-service, and digital engagement processesDevelop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex triggers, classes, Visualforce, and Lightning components to meet business requirementsConfigure Salesforce Service Cloud features including workflows, approval processes, custom objects, fields, sharing rules, page layouts, record types, permission sets, reports, and dashboardsIntegrate Salesforce with external systems using Salesforce.com APIs, REST/SOAP services, and middleware tools such as MuleSoft or BoomiImplement CI/CD pipelines and version control using tools like Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or Bitbucket Pipelines for automated deploymentsTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system stability, performance optimization, and adherence to Salesforce governor limitsRequired Skills:
