What’s on offer?
We are seeking an experienced Full Time Operator / Labourer to join our growing Road Stabilisation team, primarily based out of Rutherford, NSW. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established business that delivers essential road and infrastructure projects across the region. You'll enjoy a hands-on role working alongside a skilled and supportive team, with the opportunity to contribute to projects that help connect communities and improve road networks.

How you'll connect to the role?

To be successful in this position, you'll bring:
 

  • A strong commitment to safety and safe work practices

  • A positive, reliable and motivated attitude with a willingness to get the job done

  • Experience operating rollers, skid steers and excavators (tickets highly regarded)

  • Demonstrated experience working within civil construction environments

  • HR or MR Licence (desirable)

  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve quality project outcomes

  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and night shifts when required

  • A current Construction Induction Card (White Card)

  • The ability and willingness to travel and work away from home when required

  • A proactive approach to learning, teamwork and continuous improvemen
