• Recruitment: Identify, approach, and onboard suitable KOLs, influencers, content creators, and affiliate partners.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, keeping them engaged and encouraging ongoing collaboration.
• Performance Growth: Monitor partner performance and develop initiatives to improve engagement, referrals, conversions, and revenue.
• Campaign Execution: Coordinate campaigns, deliverables, timelines, promotional activities, and partner communications.
• Performance Tracking: Track partner activities and results, analyze performance, and prepare regular reports.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, content, and business teams to ensure successful campaigns and alignment with ooca’s business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Approximately 1–3 years of experience in KOL/influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, or related roles. Relevant internship or project experience may also be considered.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organized, and persistent in following up with partners.
• Results-oriented, with an interest in driving measurable business outcomes.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and tracking campaign performance.
