About the Role

Village Roadshow (a member of Antenna Group) is a leading entertainment brand, best known for its cinemas, delivering an unparalleled movie-going experience to over 3 million viewers annually. As we continue to grow, we are looking for Kitchen Staff for our first inhouse Trampoline Park in Park Renti! Purpose of the Role

Kitchen Staff are responsible for the preparation and production of the food and beverages offered at the park's café. They ensure high standards of hygiene, quality, and speed of service.

Responsibilities and Duties

Preparation & Production

• Prepare snacks, desserts, beverages, and meals according to the menu.
• Maintain presentation and quality standards for every order.
• Ensure timely execution of orders for birthday parties and group events.

Hygiene & Food Safety

• Strictly comply with hygiene and food safety rules (HACCP).
• Regularly clean kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Ensure proper storage and stock management.
• Check expiry dates and report shortages to the Supervisor.

General

• Collaborate with service staff to ensure a smooth order flow.
• Participate in the kitchen's opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma. Studies in Culinary Arts are an additional asset.
• Experience in a kitchen, restaurant, café, or food service environment is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene rules.
• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule (afternoons, weekends, holidays).
• Reliability, speed, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility.
• High ethical standards, in line with the company's values.
