Our client sells physical products both online and through retail partners, with the majority of revenue currently coming from its own direct-to-consumer website. This role will own day-to-day management of major e-commerce and membership-commerce accounts, including campaign planning, placement negotiation, and pricing and margin control, while also leading large-scale group-buying and influencer-led sales initiatives from offer structuring through scheduling. This role sits at the center of the company's channel strategy as it balances a fast-growing direct-to-consumer channel with an expanding network of retail and group-buying partners, and acts as the regional point of contact for coordinating sales data and inventory planning with headquarters.
What You'll Do
Manage day-to-day operations for key e-commerce and membership-commerce accounts, including planning promotional periods and campaign calendars, negotiating placements, controlling pricing, preparing quotes, coordinating POSM and inventory, overseeing channel advertising spend, and handling day-to-day customer service coordination with each partner
Lead business development, offer structuring, and detailed scheduling for large-scale group-buying and influencer-led sales initiatives, working to maximize conversion across each campaign
Identify and develop new sales channels and cross-industry partnership opportunities, such as retail chain or telecom collaborations, and follow up on inbound commercial inquiries as they arise
Track sales performance, profit margins, and inventory turnover across all channels, producing regular analysis and reports that are used to continuously optimize commercial strategy
Act as the regional point of contact for headquarters on channel matters, ensuring transparent sales reporting and coordinated inventory and product supply planning across markets
Core Essentials
5+ years of experience in e-commerce key account management or business development
Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen, including margin calculation and familiarity with e-commerce promotional mechanics
Business-level English proficiency, sufficient for regular sales reporting and alignment with an overseas headquarters
Strong project management skills and self-discipline, with the ability to independently manage complex, multi-channel coordination
Comfortable handling cross-functional communication across internal teams and external partners

Prior experience managing parenting or baby retail channels, maternal-infant brands, or consumer electronics sales
