Role Purpose

The Junior Sales Manager supports the Sales team in driving new business and maintaining existing client relationships and agency partnerships. The role focuses on learning Channel Factory’s products, mastering the sales process, and contributing to revenue growth through prospecting, research, and client support. This is an entry-level sales position designed to build foundational skills for progression into a Sales Manager role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Managers in identifying and qualifying new leads.
• Support the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and campaign reports.
• Conduct research on clients, agencies, and market trends.
• Manage CRM data, ensuring accuracy and follow-up actions.
• Attend client meetings and learn the full sales cycle from outreach to closing.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Client Solutions, AdOps) to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
• Represent Channel Factory’s values and maintain professionalism in all client and internal communications.

Experience and Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in digital media, marketing, or media-sales. 
• Basic understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (YouTube or programmatic a plus).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
• Enthusiasm for sales and client interaction.
• Fluent in Dutch
