About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Junior Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing remote team. This is a 100% remote, entry-level, full-time position open to candidates located anywhere in Latin America.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for routine customer inquiries across multiple channels. If you are a proactive, detail-oriented professional looking to build a career in bilingual customer support and remote virtual assistance, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Multichannel Customer Support: Respond to routine inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Account & Troubleshooting Assistance: Help customers with basic account updates, general inquiries, and standard technical or process troubleshooting.
• Issue Escalation: Identify complex or high-priority customer requests and escalate them smoothly to senior team members.
• Follow-ups & Workflow Support: Track pending communications, send routine reminders, and ensure all customer inquiries are resolved efficiently.
• CRM & Data Entry: Accurately update customer profiles, interaction logs, and records in internal databases and CRM tools.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to gather the necessary information to resolve customer queries.
• Administrative Operations: Provide general administrative support to the customer service department as needed.

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.

• 1 – 2 years of experience in administration or virtual assistance.
• Familiarity and comfort with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.

• Competitive Compensation: Hourly rate equivalent to USD $696 – $1,044 / month (commensurate with experience and skill alignment).
