About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Marketing Performance Analyst to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing strategies by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to enhance campaign performance for our games. Your main responsibility will be to gain new players for our games (user acquisition).
 
Responsibilities:
 
- Assist in the implementation of user acquisition campaigns across various digital channels.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of user acquisition campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for campaign planning and optimization.
- Generate reports on campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing and provide recommendations based on data-driven insights.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for user acquisition.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in user acquisition and digital marketing.
- Monitor the performance of creative assets for active campaigns 
- Benchmark and research different types of creatives 

 
Qualifications:
 
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Marketing, Business,  or a related field.
- Knowledge of basic marketing principles and concepts.
- Proficient in English at an advanced level - Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely (it will be tested along the process)
- 1 year of experience with management of online advertising campaigns, preferably for apps
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, or Google Sheets.
 
Preferred Skills:
 
- Previous work with mobile game advertising.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Unity Ads, etc.
