Responsibilities
- Support players by responding to queries and following up to ensure their issues are resolved
- Help identify player needs and guide them through specific features and functionalities
- Assist in tracking and reporting product issues
- Collect, organize and relay player feedback, feature requests and insights to the relevant internal teams
- Interact with players across social media platforms — public and private messages — sharing updates and helping identify relevant trends
- Contribute to content creation for our social media channels
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- Professional proficiency in English
- Player/customer-oriented mindset with good communication and problem-solving skills
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Openness to exploring how AI tools can be applied to community management and player support
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with the mobile gaming industry and social media
- Experience with help desk software or remote support tools
- An investigative mindset — enjoy spotting patterns and digging into data to surface insights
