KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES 主要業務と職責

１．オフィス仲介営業全般

　(1)新規クライアントの獲得

　(2)既存クライアントとのリレーション構築

　(3)顧客のニーズに応じた物件選定・提案、賃貸条件等各種条件交渉

　(4)上記に付随関連する業務全般

２．ビジネスデベロップメント

業務提供を通じ、同一顧客から派生的業務を獲得
