Job Description:

工作內容
-負責保險相關系統（如：保單管理、理賠、核保、CRM 等）之後端程式開發與維護。
- 參與 RESTful API 之設計、開發與文件產出，確保介面穩定且易於串接。
-配合前端團隊進行 Angular 框架之功能開發與介面整合。
-參與系統分析、資料庫設計與程式碼審查（Code Review）。
-與業務單位、PM、QA 協作，完成需求釐清、測試與上線部署。


必要條件

學經歷：​ 資訊相關科系畢，具備 5年以上 Java 開發實務經驗。

技術能力：
-Java 基礎紮實，熟悉 Spring Boot / Spring MVC 等框架。
-熟練開發 RESTful API，熟悉 JSON 資料格式與 Web Service 串接。
-具 Angular 實作經驗，熟悉 TypeScript / HTML / CSS。
-熟悉關聯式資料庫（如 MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle），具備 SQL 撰寫與除錯能力。
-熟悉 Git 版本控制與 Maven / Gradle 建置工具。

英文能力：
-中等以上，讀寫熟練：能順暢閱讀英文技術文件、API 規格，並以英文撰寫註解與技術文件。
-口語流利者為加分項（具跨國團隊協作經驗尤佳）。

特質：​ 具備問題解決能力、責任感、團隊合作精神，能配合專案時程。

加分條件
-具保險、金融產業開發經驗，熟悉壽險／產險／健康險等相關作業流程。
-熟悉微服務架構、Docker、Kubernetes。
-具備單元測試經驗或 TDD 實作觀念。
-熟悉敏捷開發（Agile / Scrum）流程。
