Side international Japan is looking for a Senior player support representatitive (Tier 2) who will be supporting our Client's game. In this role you will:
- Support the customer service operations including but not limited to evaluating, monitoring, analyzing of results, and implementing any changes.

- Perform (JP) language translation and proofreading where necessary.

- Respond and support players issues and/or feedback via email/form from the support sites, including but not limited to account recovery, bug reports, technical issues and more.

- Business hours: 10:00-19:00

- Work Days: 5 Days/Week (Including Weekends & Public Holidays)

- Working Condition: Onsite

- Location: Yotsuya or Otsuka office

*This position is only for applicants residing in Japan with a valid working visa

Requirements

- Native-level Japanese reading and writing skills.

- Strong passion for the video game industry.

- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.

- Previous experience in customer service, gaming support, travel support, help desk, technical support, or other email-based contact center environments. (6 months~2 years)

- Ability to deliver exceptional customer support via email and chat.

- Ability to understand player needs from a gamer's perspective.

- Ability to analyze information accurately and resolve issues efficiently while adhering to established guidelines.

Nice to Have

- Business-level English proficiency and Japanese Proficiency (Reading and Writing)

- Strong logical thinking skills.

- Team Lead or people management experience.
