We are searching for the best talent for J&J Protégé Trainee – Sales & Marketing (Pharmaceutical Division).

Purpose:

The J&J Protégé Trainee – Sales & Marketing (Pharmaceutical Division) is a 12-month development programme designed to provide early-career talent with hands-on exposure to commercial operations, customer engagement, and brand marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.

You will be responsible for:

• Serving as a key point of contact for healthcare professionals (HCPs), ensuring timely, professional, and customer-focused support
• Coordinating and escalating medical enquiries from customers to the appropriate internal medical teams while ensuring effective follow-up and resolution
• Supporting the preparation, consolidation, and distribution of sales reports and business updates to relevant stakeholders
• Assisting in the review, submission, tracking, and approval processes for promotional materials in accordance with company policies and compliance requirements
• Supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, and promotional activities across assigned therapeutic areas
• Providing operational and administrative support for product launches, events, educational programmes, and commercial activities
• Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of business initiatives
• Participating in special projects and assignments that support business priorities while developing commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or a related discipline
• Strong interest in building a career within pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or the broader healthcare industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and effective manner
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments and build effective working relationships
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn, with a strong sense of ownership and adaptability in a dynamic commercial environment
