Job Description:

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven IT Recruiter to connect top IT and technical professionals with career opportunities. In this role, you’ll drive recruitment initiatives, identify qualified talent, and partner with hiring managers to align hiring strategies with business needs. Your expertise in candidate engagement, recruitment planning, and relationship-building will be essential to achieving hiring targets and securing quality placements in a competitive talent market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills, experience, and role suitability.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job requirements, priorities, and candidate expectations.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future technical hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication throughout the candidate journey.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in IT or technical recruitment; offshore recruitment experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with technical roles, including software developers, infrastructure, IT support, and other professional positions.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
• Strong candidate assessment, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
