Allowance: SGD 650 – SGD 1,800 (dependent on level of education)

Role overview:
This role will support the team in accelerating our digital transformation journey by assisting with various programme and project activities. You’ll work cross-functionally with different stakeholders to support a range of digital initiatives.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting with the implementation of digital tools for manufacturing and process monitoring
- Supporting data collection and developing visualisations using dashboards, reports, Internet of Things (IoT) platforms, etc
- Helping maintain and update digital documentation and user guides
- Collaborating with engineering and operations teams to identify opportunities for digitalisation
- Working with teams to understand pain points, develop and pilot digital solutions, and manage change
Who we’re looking for:
- Students currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Computer Science, or a related field
- A team player with a positive attitude, strong analytical skills, and effective communication abilities
- Proficiency in Python and Excel; knowledge of SQL is required
- Familiarity with digital platforms such as ThingWorx, Power BI, Tableau, or similar is advantageous
- Understanding of UX/UI design for dashboard and report visualisations is a plus
