Our Client a major global agriculture company, that focuses on innovative seed technologies, crop protection and digital farming solutions, is looking to hire Factory Interns to join the team.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Actively seek to resolve any concerns of team members while adhering to the company policy and standards of behaviour.
  • Ensure that all Team Members follow EHS & S and Quality Procedures at all Time.
  • Meet set Targets While adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Ensuring the Bill of Materials and Re-bagging/Manufacturing recons are Completed for all the lots that are complete in that same shift and all the documents submitted for Pastel Processing.
  • Requesting of packaging materials and ensuring that reconciliation of labels and packaging is done after every shift.
  • Ensure all Team Members are Accounted at the End of each Shift with Specific Roles Played during Production and document Filed. Daily Roles Tracking Register.
  • Updating Correctly the Hour-by-Hour Board and collecting Downtime.
  • Updating of production report and completed lot numbers.
  • Housekeeping of the assigned work section
  • Establish tasks for employees to ensure a clean workplace.
  • Support Shift Leader on Training new employees on company standards and procedures.
  • Participate Actively on EHS & quality programs.
  • Assist the Shift Leader On any other Roles as delegated.
  • Line checks during processing
  • Accurate counting of production.
  • And any other task that may be assigned to you.
  • Safeguard your team members by ensuring that all the machines are guarded, and any other safety requirements is meet before the start of the shift.
  • Ensure to collect accurate data to assist in resolving issues that may arise.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Agriculture or Production Operations
  • Only recent graduates in the Agricultural or Production Field are encouraged apply.
  • Good Communication skills
  • Fluent in at least 2 local languages
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good in Mathematics and Arithmetic
  • Membership with AIZ is preferred
