11.1 按照客服出具的检验工作指示单要求开展现场检查工作。

Carry out on‑site inspection in accordance with the inspection work instruction issued by customer service.

11.2 编制现场检验报告。

Prepare the on‑site inspection report.

11.3 根据工作需要，完成样品制备与分发工作。

Prepare and distribute samples when necessary.

11.4 跟踪、采集检验场所相关信息及舆情动态。

Monitor and collect relevant information and news from the inspection site.

11.5 如实填写原始记录，内容包含样品描述、执行标准、检验项目、样品重量等信息，完成签字或盖章确认。

Fill in original records truthfully, including sample description, applicable standards, inspection items, sample weight, etc., with signature or seal for confirmation.

11.6 检验现场出现异常情况时，第一时间上报区域经理或检验主管，推动问题及时处置，保障客户权益。

Promptly report any abnormalities occurring at the inspection site to the Regional Manager / Inspection Supervisor for timely resolution to safeguard the interests of clients.

11.7 按要求佩戴必要的个人防护用品，严格遵守安全管理制度及相关规定。

Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and strictly comply with safety policies and rules.
