1. 体系运行管理：严格执行公司《质量手册》《程序文件》及各项管理制度，协助实验室经理开展部门质量体系运行、质量监控、检测报告审核及年度工作落地，配合完成内、外审不符合项整改闭环工作。

2. 检测工作开展：严格遵循现行有效检测标准及技术规范开展检测作业，规范操作流程、严守安全准则，保障检测过程合规安全，确保检测数据客观真实、精准有效，对个人出具的检测数据全权负责。

3. 原始记录管理：按制度要求及时、准确、完整填写检测原始记录，保障记录客观完整、全程可追溯，规范使用法定计量单位，满足实验室体系管理要求。

4. 资质与技术管理：熟悉实验室资质认定、认可相关规范，参与CMA、CNAS资质申报、项目扩项及日常能力维护工作。协助或独立开展新方法验证与确认，编制作业指导书、不确定度评估报告等技术文件。

5. 样品全流程管理：依据检测指令及样品流转规范，完成样品接收与验收，核对样品信息，检查样品粒度、状态及完整性，规范登记台账。严格落实样品留存、流转、存放及处置工作，防范样品混淆、污染、损坏、丢失等问题，规范管控在检样品。

6. 实验物资管理：负责岗位所用标准物质、标准样品、实验试剂及耗材的验收、标识、储存与使用管控，规范填写各类验收、领用及使用记录，确保物资管理合规可追溯。

7. 仪器设备日常管理：熟练掌握岗位仪器操作规程、安全防护措施及使用规范，负责仪器日常使用、维护保养、状态管理及使用记录填报。参与仪器建档、周期检定/校准计划制定、证书核验、期间核查及操作规程编制工作。

8. 检测环境管控：实时监控、调节岗位检测环境条件，按规定填写环境监测记录，确保环境参数符合检测标准及实验室管理要求，保障检测工作有序开展。

9. 安全现场管理：保持实验区域整洁有序，严格落实安全生产、环境保护、职业健康相关要求，主动排查实验过程中的安全隐患与异常情况，及时上报并配合处置。

10. 在检样品管控：专项管理在检状态样品，落实防护管控措施，杜绝样品混淆、损坏、污染、丢失及状态异常，确保样品管理全程符合检测规范要求。

11. 设备与标准物质合规管控：严禁使用不合格、超出检定/校准有效期、状态标识异常的仪器设备及标准物质。妥善维护设备校准状态标识，发现设备、物资异常立即停止使用并及时上报。

12. 职业操守与保密：严格遵守客户保密及公司信息安全管理制度，妥善保护客户资料、检测数据、技术文件及企业商业秘密。坚守廉洁自律准则，坚决抵制各类商业贿赂及不正当从业行为。

13. 专业能力提升：主动钻研专业技术知识，积极参与内外部专项培训，持续提升检测操作技能、质量管控意识及异常问题处置能力，稳定保障检测结果的准确性与可靠性。

14. 综合事务落实：在部门经理统筹领导下，保质保量完成本职核心工作，主动配合团队协作，积极承接并落实上级交办的各项临时及阶段性工作任务。
