Keen to further empower our team by onboarding more talent, we're looking to hire an Industrialization Engineer to join our Industrialization team in Xanthi, Greece. The role is responsible for undertaking and supporting projects related to the implementation of new lithium products using new semi-automated and manual production processes, as well as the modification of the existing ones. The position also involves identifying potential product improvements during the development phase to optimize manufacturing efficiency and propose cost-effective production solutions.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

• Modify existing equipment to accommodate new product requirements
• Design and implement production processes to support the introduction of new products
• Prepare production flow charts, assembly instructions, SOPs and PFMEA documentation
• Conduct handover and training towards Production Dpt.
• Establish technical specifications and RFQ documents for new equipment/devices to ensure readiness for mass production
• Evaluate equipment/devices specification and supplier quotations to support procurement decisions
• Perform FAT/SAT for purchased or modified equipment
• Review and assess information received from the R&D Dpt. related to the product design, providing feedback on production feasibility
• Design and propose cost-effective solutions and efficient solutions to industrialize production processes and maximize operational capabilities

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in an industrial environment
• Electrical or Mechanical or Production Engineer
• Fluency in English
• Greek native language
