We are currently seeking Corrigo Platform Analyst role to join our JLL Technologies Client Delivery team. The Corrigo Platform Analyst is responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting JLL's Corrigo work order management platform. This role serves as the technical liaison between facilities management operations, vendors, and IT teams to ensure efficient facility maintenance workflows and system performance.

Corrigo Platform Analyst (CPA) Responsibilities

As a Corrigo Platform Analyst at JLL Technologies, you will be directly responsible to

  • Platform Administration & Configuration Administers:  The Corrigo platform including user management, permissions, workflow configurations, and system settings. Configures work order routing rules, vendor assignments, asset hierarchies, and approval processes to match business requirements. Maintains system documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Data Management & Reporting Development: Maintains dashboards, reports, and analytics to track key performance indicators such as work order completion rates, vendor response times and other metrics. Ensures data integrity across the platform and performs regular audits. Extracts and analyses data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
  • User Support & Training: Provides tier 2/3 technical support to end users including facilities managers, technicians, and vendors. Creates training materials and conducts training sessions for new users and feature rollouts. Troubleshoots system issues and coordinates with Corrigo support when escalation is needed.
  • Process Improvement Collaborates with stakeholders: to identify inefficiencies in maintenance workflows and recommends system enhancements. Participates in system upgrades, testing new features, and implementing best practices. Documents process improvements and their impact on operations.

Before you apply it’s also worth knowing what we’re looking for: Education and experienceBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field 3-5 years of experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or work order management platforms (Preferred) Previous experience with Corrigo platform strongly preferred Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools Understanding of facilities management operations and maintenance workflows Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
