About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an experienced HubSpot Expert to lead HubSpot implementations, optimization, and system improvements across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role requiring strong technical knowledge of the HubSpot ecosystem. You’ll manage the complete implementation lifecycle — from discovery and CRM architecture through workflow automation, data migration, integrations, reporting, testing, deployment, and client enablement.
You’ll work directly with clients to understand their business processes and translate those requirements into scalable, efficient HubSpot solutions that improve sales, marketing, and customer service operations.

What You’ll Own
HubSpot Implementation & CRM Configuration
- Configure and optimize:
- HubSpot Sales Hub
- HubSpot Marketing Hub
- HubSpot Service Hub
- Design and maintain scalable CRM architecture
- Build and manage:

- CRM structures
- Configure HubSpot based on client processes and business requirements
- Ensure implementations follow HubSpot best practices and remain scalable as client needs evolve
Data Migration & CRM Management
- Execute HubSpot data migrations, including:
- Data mapping
- Imports

- Cleanup
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency throughout migrations
- Identify duplicate, incomplete, or improperly structured CRM data
- Ensure records, properties, pipelines, and associations are configured correctly
- Perform quality assurance before and after migration
Implementation Lifecycle Management
- Manage HubSpot projects from:

- Troubleshoot workflow logic and automation issues
- Continuously optimize CRM processes based on business requirements and performance
Integrations & Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve HubSpot-related technical issues

- Provide guidance on HubSpot best practices
- Create supporting documentation and training materials
- Help clients improve HubSpot adoption and platform usage

Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with:
- HubSpot Sales Hub
- HubSpot Marketing Hub
- HubSpot Service Hub
- Strong experience building:

- Experience with HubSpot data migrations, integrations, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Experience creating dashboards, reports, and performance tracking systems
- Understanding of CRM architecture and data management best practices
- Ability to manage multiple client projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional-level written and spoken English
- Experience leading client calls and training sessions in English
- Strong technical documentation skills
- Active HubSpot certifications or willingness to obtain relevant certifications
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Availability during U.S. business hours
Ideal Experience
- Experience implementing HubSpot for multiple clients or within an agency environment
- Experience with CMS Hub and HubSpot content deployment
- Familiarity with CRM integrations and third-party applications

What a Typical Day Looks Like
You may start your day by reviewing ongoing HubSpot implementation projects, client priorities, and outstanding technical issues.
Throughout the day, you could build workflows and automations, configure pipelines and CRM properties, troubleshoot integrations, perform data migrations, or optimize an existing HubSpot environment.
You’ll also meet with clients to gather requirements, provide project updates, conduct training, and explain recommended system improvements.
You may review dashboards and performance data to identify opportunities to improve sales, marketing, or customer service workflows while collaborating with internal Project Managers, Solutions Architects, and Developers.
