What You Can Expect:

  • Develop and maintain various channels for recruitment, build up the database of talents, keep a long-term relationship with the potential candidates.
  • According to business development requirements, lead and improve talent acquisition process and efficiency, to identify the right candidates’ profile in a timely manner.
  • Monitor the recruitment process, analysis the results and complete weekly/ monthly/ annually reports.
  • Ensure monthly payroll / social welfare administration’s accuracy, covering calculation, personnel cost analysis, reporting, and filing.
  • Implement daily operation in accordance with company & country HR policy and procedure.
  • Review market trend and internal practice; give proposal to develop and implement Salary Structure
  • Maintain and update HRIS databases.
  • Provide latest information of laws and regulations for the reference of each city on ER execution.
  • Involve annual salary adjustment issue, providing the relative data for salary review supporting; and prepare new salary letter.
  • Involve annual bonus issue covering data preparation, analysis, implementation after approval.
  • Involve annual HR budget preparation, communicate to BU Managers for adjustment, analyze for management review.
  • Staff onboard and demission management, including Staff onboarding,risk management, exit interview and analysis turnover reason, and provide suggestion for employee retention.
  • To pigeon-hold staff documentation according to the standardization
  • Staff contract termination negotiation and agreement draft
  • Staff relation handling, answering staff question about company policy, welfare, and various insurance.
  • Make monthly HR reports.
  • Work with cross departments and support other HR projects
  • Other work assigned by HRD.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree, major in Human Resources Management or Business Administration related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of HR experience in the Logistics/Freight forwarder/Shipping/E-commerce Industry will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and able to deal with staff within the organization.
  • Result oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin & English.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
