Position Description

• Ensure consistent implementation of Covestro HR directives, policies and programs within the organization responsible to maintain compliance and operational effectiveness.
• Execute local Talent Management initiatives to attract, identify, develop and retain the right employees; support TM preparation, follow-up and facilitate Talent Identification Sessions.
• Translate business requirements into relevant HR actions through active engagement with business leaders.
• Counsel and support business managers on individual HR issues.
• Manage employee relations and labor law/litigation matters within the responsible teams, in collaboration with relevant HR functions.
• Support organizational changes (restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, divestments) by providing effective HR solutions to the business leaders.
• Collaborate with HR Experts to contribute to employer branding and strengthen Covestro's position as employer of choice.
• Leverage HR analytics to provide data-driven insights for steering people topics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Law or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience across core HR functions, with specific HR BP experience.
• Solid knowledge of labor law and local employment conditions.
• Strong communication, moderation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Business acumen with ability to take a clear stand with management.
• Proficiency in HR digital tools (Workday, Excel); HR analytics capability is an advantage.
• Command of written and spoken English
