About this HR Generalist role at Aerones

Aerones · Onsite · Denton, Texas, United States

Aerones is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive HR Generalist to help build reliable and efficient HR operations as we continue to grow in the U.S.

In this role, you'll take ownership of day-to-day HR administration, employee records, and processes across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with the HR Business Partner, Talent Specialist, and operational teams, you'll ensure employees receive timely support, HR processes run smoothly, and information stays accurate and up to date.

This is an opportunity to make a real impact by improving how HR operates, introducing smarter ways of working, and helping build scalable people processes in a fast-growing international technology company.

What You’ll Do

  • Keep the employee lifecycle running smoothly by managing onboarding administration, preparing employment documents, coordinating induction activities, and handling employee changes and offboarding.
  • Own HR data accuracy by maintaining BambooHR and employee records, conducting regular data checks, and ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and secure.
  • Coordinate benefits and leave administration by managing enrollments, employee updates, leave requests, and communication with benefits providers.
  • Ensure accurate payroll inputs by collecting and validating employee information, tracking deadlines, and resolving administrative discrepancies.
  • Be a trusted point of contact for employees by providing timely support and guidance on benefits, leave, HR documentation, and everyday HR procedures.
  • Keep HR policies and processes organized by maintaining approved policies, employee communications, templates, checklists, and required acknowledgments.
  • Turn HR data into useful insights by preparing regular reports and dashboards to support HR planning and decision-making.
  • Drive smarter HR operations by using AI, automation, and digital tools to simplify workflows, reduce manual tasks, and improve efficiency while protecting confidential employee information.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, implementing agreed improvements, and working closely with the HR Business Partner on matters requiring further guidance.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 5+ years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or an HR Generalist role.
  • Practical knowledge of U.S. HR administration, employee documentation, and employment-related processes.
  • Strong experience working with HR systems and managing employee data, ideally with BambooHR.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a strong focus on accuracy, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide professional, responsive employee support.
  • Confidence using AI tools, digital solutions, and workflow automation to improve everyday efficiency.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing organization while maintaining confidentiality and high standards of work.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting HR operations in a rapidly growing or international company.
  • Familiarity with HR processes in industrial, manufacturing, technical, or field-service environments.
  • Experience improving HR workflows, implementing automation, or optimizing HRIS processes.

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay based on your experience.
  • Health coverage with medical, dental and vision insurance.
  • Financial security with term life insurance and short-term disability coverage.
  • Time to recharge with paid time off for sickness and vacation.
  • Paid holidays throughout the year.
