The opportunity suits someone who combines behavioural-science expertise and credible leadership coaching with practical Italian HR knowledge. With broad access to leaders and teams across multiple Tuscan sites, this role offers tangible influence and a potential long-term pathway towards senior HR leadership.

- Manage recurring employee-listening and performance-development cycles, including survey preparation, launch, reporting and follow-through
- Translate survey findings into practical, leader-owned departmental action plans and monitor delivery

- Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate development programmes, vendors, e-learning and evaluation within budget
- Support succession planning and talent-calibration discussions, linking outcomes to development actions
- Provide accurate first-line generalist HR guidance to managers, applying Italian employment law and relevant collective agreements
- Support HR reporting, employee-cost budgeting, forecasting and workforce data analysis
- Provide recruitment and union-meeting support when required without displacing the role's coaching focus
- Maintain a visible presence across sites and incorporate health, safety and quality principles into daily work
Additional Information
- Hybrid pattern: office attendance Tuesday through Thursday, with Monday and Friday generally used for home working or site travel
- Travel: approximately 50-60% across Tuscany and 10% outside Tuscany
- Permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week

- Expert proficiency in Italian and strong professional English, spoken and written
- A degree in psychology or a related behavioural or organisational field, or an accepted equivalent combining relevant education with substantial coaching practice
- Relevant HR experience combining organisational development, talent, learning or culture work with hands-on generalist responsibilities
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word, plus experience using HR systems and handling people or survey data accurately
- Availability for permanent, full-time employment and willingness to follow the required hybrid and site-travel pattern
